As mentioned by ESPN reporter Anthony Slater, this performance marked Steph Curry's 40th game with 40 or more points since turning 30, tying him with Michael Jordan for the most such games in NBA history post-30.

Curry dropped a game-best plus-9 rating in 36 minutes during Friday's victory, adding four rebounds, two assists and two steals.
In that earlier game against the Spurs, Curry's 46-point performance came on 13-0f-25 shooting, consisting of 5-of16 from deep and 15-of-16 at the line, while also registering five assists and five rebounds.
