There will be an India vs. South Africa semi-final in Dubai if South Africa wins Group B by defeating England and India loses their last Group A match. But if India defeat New Zealand in their last Group A match and South Africa defeats England in their last Group B match, India will play Australia in the semi-final in Dubai.
