The Indian cricket team defeated South Africa by 7 runs in the Final of the T20 World Cup 2024 at the Kensington Oval in Barbados, on June 29 (Saturday). This was the first time that two undefeated teams were playing in the Final of this mega tournament and this was also the first time that an undefeated side managed to clinch the title.
