Delhi Capitals (DC) breached the 160-run mark against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in the run chase at Ekana Stadium to get back to winning ways on April 12. With their second win of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024, DC climbed one place and occupied the ninth spot on the points table.

Faf du Plessis-led Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) slipped to the bottom of the points table as they have won just one game out of six games they have played.

The Rishabh Pant-led side registered a six-wicket win with 11 balls to spare to boost their net run rate (NRR) as well. However, their NRR is still significantly inferior to Mumbai Indians and Punjab Kings (PBKS) who have two wins each from five games. Currently, RCB's NRR is the worst on the table and they will need big wins to get it on the positive side.
