The 16th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) is alive and kicking. A total of 24 matches have been played in IPL 2023 and the franchises involved have provided immense entertainment to their loyal supporters. After 18 days of action in the cash-rich tournament, all teams are gearing up for the business end of the competition. Four-time champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) bagged two crucial points at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium on April 17 (Monday) while Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), a franchise that is still searching for its maiden IPL title, lost points while playing at home.

When it comes to the Orange Cap, RCB skipper Faf du Plessis surged to the top after registering a blistering half-century on Monday.
