Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Delhi Capitals (DC) owner Parth Jindal lavished praise on star wicketkeeper batter KL Rahul for his dominating performance against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) at MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. KL Rahul, who missed the IPL 2025 opener clash against Lucknow Super Giants, smashed Chennai bowlers all over the ground.
Parth Jindal, who is at the venue to witness the high voltage clash, took his 'X,' formerly known as Twitter, to praise KL Rahul for his dominating performance against the Ruturaj Gaikwad-led side.
KL Rahul scored 77 run off 51 runs, the wicketkeeper batter got out after getting an edge on Matheesha Pathirana's second ball. Earlier, Delhi Capitals captain Axar Patel won the toss and opted to bat first against Chennai Super Kings.
DC's IPL 2025 performance so far
Axar Patel-led Delhi Capitals have played two matches in Indian Premier League 2025 so far and the side won both of the matches. The side defeated Lucknow Super Gianst (LSG) and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in their two outings of the tournament. The Delhi-based franchise is currently on number two in the points table.
