After the game, Rohit Sharma acknowledged the collective team effort from MI against PBKS while taking a cheeky dig at himself, as the former India skipper played a rusty knock of 25 of 26 balls, saying that he was enjoying a bit of Test cricket in a T20 game.
“Guys, great win, it was a complete team effort with the bat. It was good to see everyone chip in while I was enjoying my bit of Test cricket," said Rohit.
Rohit didn't forget to applaud Ryan Rickelton's fiery start in the second innings. The left-handed batter, scored 48 runs off 23 balls, his innings consisted of four boundaries and four sixes. It's not wrong to say that Rickelton's quick fire innings led MI to chase the target with a little more ease.
