India pick four wickets before stumps

India was good with the ball as well. They managed to pick four wickets before the end of Day 2. Sneh Rana grabbed three big wickets and was the pick of the bowler. Apart from her, Deepti Sharma was the only other wicket-taker from the Indian side. Sune Luus scored a good fifty before losing her wicket to Deepti. She got out after scoring 65 runs. SA's score at the end of Day 2 was 236/4

“I think today the conditions were very challenging, conditions are something you cannot train for back home. I had a good partnership with Anneke till Lunch and then later on with Kapp. The wicket is doing a bit, not sure which way the ball is going but overall a good day. Trying to cover those stumps whenever it’s straight and we were trying to capitalise on anything loose. Just trying to get a game plan around, use the crease as much as we can, going back and coming out of the crease as well, hitting the ball under the eyes and being as tight as possible,” said Sune Luss at the end of Day 2.
