What happened when India women's team last toured Bangladesh?
When the Indian women's team toured Bangladesh in 2023, the series turned out to be a humdinger. Remembered for the Indian skipper Harmanpreet Kaur's epic outburst on the field, the series witnessed players from both teams compete till the last ball.
In the three-match T20I series, Indian registered a 2-1 win. India won the opening two matches while Bangladesh came back to register a consolation win in the third T20I.
In the three-match ODI series, Bangladesh scripted history by winning their first-ever ODI against India. Bangladesh won the first ODI of the series and shocked India. Harmanpreet Kaur's brigade responded strongly and won the second game by a massive margin of 108 runs.
The series finale lived up to all the hype as there was nothing to separate both teams. The third ODI ended in a tie and both India and Bangladesh shared the trophy.
