IPL 2026 playoffs tickets: Booking dates, online process and everything fans need to know

Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has officially announced the ticket sale schedule for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 playoffs. With the league stage entering its final stretch and the playoff race heating up, fans can now prepare to secure seats for the biggest matches of the season, including the highly anticipated final in Ahmedabad.

The BCCI has appointed District by Zomato as the official ticketing partner for the IPL 2026 playoffs. Tickets for all four knockout fixtures — Qualifier 1, Eliminator, Qualifier 2 and the Final — will be released in multiple phases, including an exclusive early-access window for RuPay Credit Cardholders.

IPL 2026 playoffs ticket booking dates and venues

RuPay Credit Cardholders will get a 24-hour priority access window beginning May 20 for Qualifier 1 and Eliminator tickets. The priority window for Qualifier 2 and the Final will begin on May 22.

Qualifier 1 will be played on May 26 at the HPCA Cricket Stadium in Dharamshala, while the Eliminator is scheduled for May 27 at the New PCA Stadium in New Chandigarh.

Qualifier 2 will take place on May 29 in New Chandigarh, whereas the IPL 2026 Final is set to be hosted at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on May 31.

The non-exclusive public sale for Qualifier 1 and the Eliminator will begin on May 21, while tickets for Qualifier 2 and the Final will go live for all fans on May 23.

How fans can buy IPL 2026 playoff tickets online

Fans can purchase tickets through the official IPL website and District by Zomato platform once the booking windows open.

May 20, 7 PM – RuPay early access for Qualifier 1 and Eliminator
May 21, 8 PM – General sale for Qualifier 1 and Eliminator
May 22, 7 PM – RuPay early access for Qualifier 2 and Final
May 23, 8 PM – General sale for Qualifier 2 and Final

The IPL 2026 playoffs are expected to witness massive demand as several teams remain in contention for the remaining knockout spots alongside Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB), who have already sealed qualification.
