N Jagadeesan was included in India squad for England Tests

The 30-year-old Tamil Nadu batter has been on the national radar since last year, particularly in Tests. He was drafted as a replacement for Test vice-captain Rishabh Pant during the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy in July 2025.

Jagadeesan is part of the 15-man India A squad selected by the BCCI. The team will also play Namibia in Bengaluru in another warm-up match.
