The 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar is at an end and only four teams remain in contention for winning the coveted trophy. While the chances of a replay of the 2018 final between France and Croatia is more than a possibility, many fans of Argentina and Lionel Messi hope that the superstar gets one last chance to win the tournament, having reached the final in 2014 but falling short by one goal against eventual champions Germany.

The tournament is also a hotbed of talents, both among the teams still in the competition, and the ones who had to miss out because they failed to take their teams through. It is also a chance for clubs to assess their own players and make certain transfer decisions as the January window edges closer.
