Christopher Bell spoke about the reason why he usually slips under the radar among other drivers

The driver for Joe Gibbs Racing in the NASCAR Cup Series, Christopher Bell is ready to make his mark in the ongoing season. He also spoke about the reason why he usually slips under the radar among other drivers and wants to be his own person.

What did Christopher Bell have to say on this matter?

The 29-year-old driver has registered three wins this season that came at the Phoenix, Charlotte and New Hampshire. He managed to finish in the second spot at the Charlotte Road Course last weekend and secured a spot in Round of 8. Bell sees himself second in the playoff standings and 13 points above the cut-line.

He feels that he is usually overlooked because of his quiet personality. While talking to NASCAR, Bell said, "I think I am often overlooked just because my personality is very quiet and reserved. I want to be known as one of the best racers of all time...You've got to win championships...I want to do it my own way and be my own person."

In his rookie year, Bell drove the No.95 Toyota for the Leavine Family Racing. In the No.20 Toyota, he managed his first Cup win in 2021 at the Daytona road course. He made it to the Championship 4 for the first time in 2022 by winning at Martinsville and did it again the next year with a win at Homestead.

The next race of the playoffs is the South Point 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Christopher Bell managed a second-place finish last time around at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Christopher Bell answers questions regarding Las Vegas Motor Speedway

In an interview with NASCAR 'Inside the Playoffs', Bell played a trivia game where he was asked questions about the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in the 'Rollin' the Trivia Dice' segment. He claimed that there are five different tracks at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

"Within the campus. Okay, so, uh, the short track, the dirt track, uh, the 4-mile, the big track— that's four. There might be a road course, so I'm going to say five," Bell concluded.

The correct answer is not five but nine. The Las Vegas Motor Speedway has nine different tracks that include, superspeedway, drag strip, Bull ring, dirt track, go-kart track, inside road course, outside road course, off-road course and outside parking lot.

Bell has nine Cup wins to his name and the most recent was in June at New Hampshire. He has registered 19 wins in the Xfinity Series and also won the 2017 Craftsman Truck Series championship.
