The NASCAR Cup Series is set to return to Martinsville Speedway for the highly anticipated Cook Out 400, the seventh race of the 2025 season. Following the sixth event at Homestead-Miami Speedway, the Martinsville race marks the first short-track competition of the year.  

In the 2024 edition of this race, William Byron clinched victory, with Kyle Larson and Chase Elliott rounding out the top three positions. Byron’s win was his third and final triumph of the 2024 season. As the 2025 race approaches, attention turns to the favorites poised to make their mark this weekend.
