Not just this, Carlos Alcaraz was the defending champion in Paris as well and somehow managed to save three championship points to deny Sinner the title. With another Major Grand Slam on the line, the Spaniard will be getting all the support from his player box at the 'Centre Court'.

His player box is usually filled when it comes to a final. Starting with his parents, Carlos Alcaraz Gonzalez and Virginia Garfia Escandon, they will be accompanied by Carlos' three younger brothers. His elder brother Alvaro is his hitting partner, while his younger brothers Sergio and Jaime are also in line to take the tennis legacy ahead.

The Spaniard's coaching team includes former pro Juan Carlos Ferrero, who has been his coach since 2019. Samuel Lopez joined the camp towards the end of last year. Physical trainer Alberto Lledo, physiotherapists Juanjo Moreno and Fran Rubio, and doctor Juanju Lopez are the others in his camp. Albert Molina is Alcaraz's agent, who introduced him to Ferrero when he was a junior player. He is also a regular in Carlos Alcaraz's player box.

The World No.2 has been with the same people by his side since a young age. They are the ones who have helped him reach the position he is in right now and will look to win another Wimbledon title.

Carlos Alcaraz eyeing second Channel Slam

One of the most toughest challenge in Tennis is to win the French Open and Wimbledon in the same year. The short turnaround between both the Majors and also a change in the surface makes it difficult for players to make it deep twice. However, there are few players who have defied the odds and claimed the Channel Slam multiple times.

In the Open Era, six players have managed to win the 'Channel Slam' and they are - Rod Laver, Bjorn Borg, Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz. These players have at least achieved the feat once in their careers.

However, Carlos Alcaraz will have another shot to repeat the feat. He achieved the Channel Slam last year, when he won both the French Open and Wimbledon. If he wins the final at Wimbledon, then he will become the third player to have won it twice. Borg did it thrice during his playing days and Nadal did it on two occasions. The young Spaniard will be looking to join the elite list.
