The match started with a dominant display from Rybakina. Her powerful serves and clean shots gave her a commanding 4-0 lead early on.  Unlike the earlier marathon semifinal between Paolini and Vekic, many spectators weren't expecting such a one-sided affair.

However, Krejcikova refused to be discouraged. She managed to break Rybakina's serve and get on the board, momentarily halting the Kazakhstani player's momentum. Despite this, Rybakina held firm and took the first set 6-5. The second and third sets saw a shift in momentum. Krejcikova capitalised on a few uncharacteristic errors from Rybakina, breaking her serve and gradually taking control of the game.  With newfound confidence, Krejcikova clawed her way back, winning the second set 6-3 and eventually edging out Rybakina in the third 6-4.  This comeback victory sets up a thrilling final against Jasmine Paolini on Saturday.

The opening set belonged to Rybakina, who dominated with powerful serves and clean shots.  Krejcikova faltered early, conceding the first set 6-3 in just 42 minutes.

However, the tide turned in the second set. Fueled by the growing support of the crowd and her own fighting spirit, Krejcikova dug deep. She saved a crucial break point early on, then took a 2-1 lead. Rybakina managed to level the score, but Krejcikova's momentum wouldn't be stopped. She capitalized on unforced errors from the former champion, winning three consecutive games.  With a commanding 5-3 lead and three set points in hand, victory seemed within reach.  But Rybakina wouldn't go down easily, forcing a deuce point and extending the drama.  Both players faltered momentarily, but Krejcikova eventually clinched the set 6-3, tying the match at one set apiece. The third set began with Rybakina holding serve, but Krejcikova quickly seized control.  Both players held serve with impressive consistency until Krejcikova broke Rybakina's serve at 3-2. This crucial break shifted the momentum entirely.  Despite a shaky start in her next service game, Krejcikova held her nerve, taking a commanding 5-3 lead.  Rybakina managed to win one game back, but Krejcikova served for the match with unwavering determination.  She closed out the set and the match 6-4, completing a remarkable comeback victory and securing her place in the Wimbledon final.
