With the All-Star break completed, teams now only have two weeks before the trade deadline hits. It is that time of the year when the front office goes hunting and help build a team which goes for glory.
Five players who could be traded before deadline
Teams who are looking for a longer postseason run will look to add talent which will further strengthen their roster. On the other hand, the players who have expiring contracts will also make way for other players.

1. Eugenio Suarez, Arizona Diamondbacks
At 47-50, the Arizona Diamondbacks see themselves out of the final NL Wild Card spot, which means they will look to part ways with Eugenio Suarez. His seven year contract, which he signed for a whopping $66,000,000 is nearing it's end.
There are many teams which could use his services. Suarez boasts a .889 OPS with 31 home runs and 78 RBIs to his name. His defensive abilities could attract buyers such as New York Yankees, Milwaukee Bucks and the Chicago Cubs.
2. Ryan O'Hearn, Baltimore Orioles
The Baltimore Orioles boast a roster which is stacked in the AL East Division, and with their 43-52 record, it's quite evident that they will enter the trade deadline as a seller and not a buyer.
O'Hearn's one year contract will expire after this season and he is somebody with experience. The teams could look to bolster their roster and capitalize on his All-Star season. He has batted .286 along with 11 home runs and three stolen bases.
Teams such as Houston, Milwaukee, San Diego or Boston could use his left handed power bat.
3. Sandy Alcantara, Miami Marlins
The Miami Marlins once again see themselves not securing a spot in the postseason. Another name that remains constant in the trade rumors is of Sandy Alcantara.
The former Cy Young winner, who is returning form Tommy John surgery, isn't having a season that he would have anticipated of. He is posting an ERA of 7.22 after 91.0 innings pitched. He could be looked as a frontline starter for teams who are looking to add top tier pitching in their ranks. Given how his season is going, teams could get him for a cheaper price tag.
4. Zac Gallen, Arizona Diamondbacks
Another name that remains constant in the trade rumors is of Zac Gallen. He is in the final year of his contract before he turns as a free agent. It appears that Arizona won't be making the postseason and hence could trade Zac Gallen in order to cash in on his half yearly rental.
5. Joe Ryan, Minnesota Twins
Joe Ryan struck twice in the scoreless innings he pitched during the American League in the MLB All-Star game on Tuesday. He is having a terrific season on the mound as he is posting a 2.72 ERA while going 9-4.
Ryan is an interesting option and also a reliable rotation arm. Teams who are looking to obtain his services will have to shed good amount of money.
