Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green publicly called out ESPN's sports announcer Doris Burke for an ignorant behaviour after he got involved in a physical fight with San Antonio Spurs center Victor Wembanyama on Wednesday in during their game.
Draymond Green slams sports announcer for being dishonest
Burke called the Spurs 126-113 road victory against the Warriors, and her statement when Green guarded Wembanyama in their game was picked up by a fan on Threads, who took offense. The four-time champion replied to a fan's comment, accusing Burke of not being completely honest about her reporting of him.
"She will always ignore things happening to me and only half mention the good," Green wrote. "And take shots when they are available. Been that way for a while…"
Winning streak for San Antonio Spurs
San Antonio extended their win streak to six matches going into the All-Star break. The Warriors led by as many as 16-points in the third quarter, but surrendered that as the Spurs, led by Wemby, went on an 11-point run.

In the absence of Steph Curry, Draymond Green registered 17 points, 12 rebounds and eight assists. On the other hand, Wembanyama added 26 points, nine rebounds and four assists.
