Stephen Curry, the four-time NBA champion shared a concerning update regarding his issues with the thumb. He did not use it as an excuse for their defeat against the LA Lakers but it is something that has still not fully healed.

The thumb injury is something that Curry has been having since the start of the year. In the past couple of days, his thumb has been seen taped up during games that provide him support whenever he steps feet on the court.
Since the start of the season, Stephen Curry has been dealt with injuries that have forced him to miss several games. In the 45 games that Golden State Warriors have played so far this season, Curry has missed eight games.
These injuries are the major reason that has stopped Curry from performing at a certain level and have also affected the overall campaign for the Warriors. Following their home defeat to the LA Lakers, Steve Kerr’s side fell below a .500 record and currently see themselves eleventh in the Western Conference standings with a 22-23 record.
