Lakers are coming off a 107-91 loss against the San Antonio Spurs

The Los Angeles Lakers will host the Milwaukee Bucks as they face off on Friday at the Crypto Arena in Los Angeles. JJ Redick’s side will attemt to return to winning ways and extend it to improve their record. They are currently 23-12 while the Bucks are 16-21. Ahead of the clash, the Lakers provided a status report for January 9. 

BIG update on LeBron James & Austin Reaves & more ahead of Lakers vs Bucks 

According to the Lakers' status report, LeBron James is questionable on Friday, January 9, against the Bucks. The NBA icon is recovering from left foot joint arthritis and right sciatica. Additionally, Rui Hachimura is also questionable due to a right calf strain. 

Austin Reaves won't play on Friday against the Bucks due to a left calf strain, along with Adou Thiero, following a right MCL sprain.

Meanwhile, the Lakers are coming off a 107-91 loss against the San Antonio Spurs. With the stars questionable and Reaves out, Luka Doncic is expected to lead the side once again. The Slovenian, who is in his first full season following the blockbuster trade last February, has already become a pivotal part of the team.
