Lakers are not rushing with the legendary basketball player and will give him time for his 100% fitness ahead of his 23rd season

Lakers just lost 121-94 to the Dallas Mavericks in the exhibition game and will be playing their last pre-season game against the Sacramento Kings

The Los Angeles Lakers keep struggling with LeBron James’ injury, as he is now expected to miss some regular-season games as well. The franchise has won only one pre-season game in the absence of the superstar, who was injured and therefore absent from all the exhibition games.  

NBA Insider updates on concerning LeBron James injury 

Earlier, it was revealed that the Lakers forward will be sidelined for the start of the regular season due to sciatica on his right side. Meanwhile, the new update states that the player has now been ruled out until mid-November. As per a report by Shams Charania: 

“I’m told that the Lakers and LeBron are looking at around mid-November as a realistic debut for him, and so October 30th would be the earliest that the Lakers would be officially reevaluating LeBron James, but it is expected.” 

The ESPN senior journalist further stated that the 40-year-old would then give “a few weeks” for a “patient approach with this rehab from nerve injury.” The 17-time NBA Champions, meanwhile, are not rushing with the legendary basketball player and will give him time for his 100% fitness ahead of his 23rd season in the league. 

Meanwhile, the Lakers just lost 121-94 to the Dallas Mavericks in the exhibition game and will be playing their last pre-season game against the Sacramento Kings. On the other hand, the Kings were defeated by the Los Angeles Clippers 109-91.
