The NBA's 2025-26 regular season concludes Sunday with every one of the league's 30 teams in action, leaving multiple playoff spots and seeds undecided heading into the postseason. While several top-seeded franchises have already booked their spot in the postseason, some teams are still finding a way to the NBA Playoffs.

In the Eastern Conference, the Toronto Raptors, Orlando Magic, and Philadelphia 76ers remain in contention for the final automatic playoff berth, while several teams can still shift positions from fifth through eighth.

In the West, the Denver Nuggets and Los Angeles Lakers are battling for the third or fourth seed, and the Portland Trail Blazers and LA Clippers are fighting for eighth or ninth. The slate carries major implications for the play-in tournament, which begins April 14.

Eastern teams like the Atlanta Hawks can lock in the fifth or sixth spot, while the Hornets and Heat fight for ninth or 10th.  Western outcomes will help finalize first-round matchups after the play-in, with no full playoff series set yet entering the day.

Top seeds such as the Detroit Pistons and Oklahoma City Thunder have already secured strong positioning, but Sunday's results will reshape the bracket for the playoffs starting April 18.
