GSW's season was miraculously restored following the arrival of Jimmy Butler. The franchise has brushed aside the struggle and has picked up a solid state in just one month. Butler and Stephen Curry have formed a partnership which is reaping significant results. However, the franchise does not want to reach complacency and are looking for a capable individual who can support Butler and Curry in front.

Golden State Warriors Eyeing Raptors' Star Center
Subsequently, Toronto Raptors Center Jakob Poeltl has come under the radar of the Warriors. According to Bleacher Report’s Greg Swartz, the Golden State Warriors could pursue Jakob Poeltl, a 7-foot-1 center averaging 14.1 points, 9.8 rebounds, and 1.2 blocks this season. Swartz noted, "Poeltl is the perfect dirty-work player for a Golden State team that features plenty of scoring options."
The intended trade could see the Warriors willing to send promising guard Moses Moody and veteran sharpshooter Buddy Hield to the Raptors in exchange for Poeltl. While giving away Moody would be a difficult decision, acquiring the services of Jakob Poeltl could end the team's yearning for a dominant center. Poeltl's ability to succeed in pick-and-roll situations, as well as his offensive rebounding skills, make him an excellent complement to Curry, who prefers strong screeners and roll men.
Jakob Poeltl, 29, would provide much-needed solidarity to the Golden State Warriors. As for the Raptors, Moody would be a bright inclusion to the team. He will bring versatility to the court. On the other hand, Hield's elite three-point shooting could immensely improve the prospects of the Raptors.
While the Warriors have made an unbelievable comeback, they would have to keep going and keep winning in order to cover up the earlier damage. Thus, they would have to bring in fresh recruits to strengthen the squad.
