The All-Star guard was seen training intensely just days after marrying singer Coco Jones, and the video has been going viral on the internet. In the clip, originally posted to Mitchell’s Instagram, the 29-year-old is seen sprinting on a running track and powering up outdoor stone stairs overlooking the sea.

Shirtless and focused, he appears determined to stay in peak condition during what is traditionally a time of rest and celebration. Mitchell and Jones tied the knot on 1 August 2026 in an intimate ceremony in Greenwich, Connecticut.
The couple, who got engaged in July 2025, were joined by family, friends and several fellow athletes including Jaylen Brown, Jalen Brunson and Bam Adebayo. Fans praised the guard’s work ethic, particularly after he signed a major long-term contract extension with the Cavaliers earlier in the off-season.
Mitchell led Cleveland to the Eastern Conference finals in the most recent season and continues to be regarded as one of the league’s most dedicated players. His decision to train through the early days of marriage has been widely viewed as a reflection of the high standards he sets for himself.
