Why Did Noushin Faraji Sue Fox Sports?

According to USA Today, Noushin Faraji has claimed that she was se*ually harassed by Skip Bayless and Charli Dixon. Her lawsuit read:

"Faraji brings forth this action because for over a decade at Fox, she was forced to endure a misogynistic, racist and ableist workplace where executives and talent were allowed to physically and verbally abuse workers with impunity."

Faraji accused Dixon of inappropriately touching and grabbing her at a 2017 party in West Hollywood honoring Joy Taylor. After confiding in Taylor, Faraji claimed Taylor dismissed her concerns, telling her to "get over it." Faraji also alleged Dixon exploited his power to coerce women into intimate relationships.

The lawsuit further read,

"As Fox knew or should have known of Mr. Dixon’s willingness and propensity to use his position to sexually harass women, Fox is liable for the materialization of that particular harm."

The lawsuit further alleges that Faraji was propositioned by Skip Bayless, who offered her $1.5 million in exchange for a se*ual encounter. Additionally, Faraji claims that Joy Taylor, her former friend and FS1 co-host, subjected her to personal and professional insults.
