India eye third title

When India kicks up its ICC Champions Trophy 2025 campaign against Bangladesh in Dubai on Thursday, it will attempt to win a third championship. India lost to bitter foe Pakistan in the 2017 final after winning the competition in 2002 (sharing the victory with Sri Lanka) and 2013. The Men in Blue are the only team to have won the ICC Champions Trophy as many times as two-time champion Australia.
