Rohit Sharma-led India will lock horns against England for the third ODI of the three-match series which is scheduled to take place at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on February 12. Team India who have already won the series after winning the second ODI will look for a series clean-sweep.
All eyes will be on former India captain Virat Kohli as he is yet to perform in ODIs before Champions Trophy 2025. Kohli who missed the first ODI due to a knee injury, got out after scoring five runs in the second ODI. The team will be hoping for a big knock from the India great before the showpiece event which will start from February 19.
After finishing the ODI series against England, Team India will depart for Dubai for the mega event on February 15 and the side will face Bangladesh in their opener clash. The third ODI will be the last ODI assignment for the Men in Blue before the marquee event as they won't play a practice match as no team is available in Dubai for the warm-up game.
