PAK vs ENG 2nd Test Day 4 Results: Shan Masood-led Pakistan defeated England by 152 runs in the second Test match to register their maiden win in the longest format of the game after 3 years and 8 months. This was Pakistan's first win under Shan Masood's captaincy. Men in Green ended their winless streak at home and level the series 1-1.

Spinners Noman Ali and Sajid Khan, who returned to the team amid significant selection committee drama, were instrumental in securing all 20 wickets for Pakistan in the Test match. Remarkably, in the second innings, captain Shan Masood opted not to use any other bowlers, allowing Noman and Sajid to bowl all 33.3 overs. They effectively bundled out England for just 144 runs.

The remarkable achievement of Noman Ali and Sajid Khan, who became the first spin duo since 1956 to claim all 20 wickets in a Test match, overshadowed debutant Kamran Ghulam's impressive century in the first innings, which played a crucial role in securing Pakistan's victory.

On Day 4, England came to bat needing 261 runs to win, with 8 wickets in hand. While their aggressive Bazball approach had led to an extraordinary win in the first Test in Multan, it fell short this time. Five England batters were dismissed for single digits as the team was bowled out in just 33.3 overs. Ben Stokes was the top scorer for the visitors, making 37 off 36 balls before getting out while attempting a six off Noman Ali in the 28th over. Stokes' dismissal marked the beginning of the end for England, who crumbled shortly thereafter.

Both Noman and Sajid had last played for Pakistan in July 2023 and January 2024, respectively, and their recall sparked debate among fans, especially since it came at the expense of the star fast-bowling duo Shaheen Afridi and Naseem Shah. However, their inclusion proved fruitful, as did Shan Masood's bold decision to rely solely on these two spinners in the final innings.

After facing a humiliating loss in the first Test match, Pakistan made several big changes in their squad after losing the first Test match against England. The new PCB selection committee benched former skipper Babar Azam along with speedster Shaheen Shah Afridi and Naseem Shah.
