India star batter Virat Kohli who is currently in the Caribbean for the ongoing T20 World Cup recently met West Indies great Sir Wesley Hall. Hall played 48 Test matches and got 192 scalps and in his first class matches the speedster picked up 170 wickets. Kohli was recently seen sweating out in nets ahead of their Super 8 opener clash against Afghanistan.

Wesley Hall met Kohli
After team India's practice session in Barbados, the 86-year-old West Indies' legendary fast bowler Hall came to meet Kohli. Former Indian skipper was seen sitting with him and clicking pictures in the dugout. Kohli also launched his book.

Virat Kohli's performance in T20 World Cup 2024
Virat Kohli is yet to perform in the marquee event. The star batter is playing as an opener along with captain Rohit Sharma and has just scored five runs in three outings including a golden duck.
When will India have its first match in Super 8
Team India are undefeated so far in the ongoing World Cup 2024. In the group stage, India defeated Ireland, Pakistan and the United States, while the match against Canada was abandoned due to a wet outfield. Now Team India will face Afghanistan on June 20 at Kensington Oval in Barbados. After this India will face Bangladesh on June 22 and then on June 24 India will face Australia in the Super-8 stage. To seal their berth for the semi-final the Men in Blue need to win at least two matches.
