IND vs AUS 2nd ODI Playing XIs: Mitchell Marsh makes 3 changes to winning combination, Kuldeep Yadav benched again

Story Highlights:

Shubman Gill opted not to tinker with the team combination.

Josh Philippe made way for Alex Carey in the playing XI.

Australia captain Mitchell Marsh won the toss and opted to bowl first in the second ODI of the series at Adelaide Oval. Marsh made a few changes to the team combination. Leg-spinner Adam Zampa replaced left-arm spinner Matthew Kuhnemann. Alex Carey came back into the side in place of Josh Philippe whereas Nathan Ellis made way for Xavier Bartlett.

"We are gonna bowl first. It was really pleasing (win in the 1st ODI). A lot of positives from last year. One of the better pitchers in the country this year. Everyone loves coming to play here. We always get amazing crowds, and hopefully both teams put on a great show for the big crowd today. Any time you get a chance to win a series in game two, it's an awesome opportunity. We've got a lot of young guys, so I look forward to it. Carey comes in for Philippe. Xavier Bartlett comes in for Ellis," Marsh said after winning the toss.

Interestingly, Gill did not make any change to the side. Kuldeep Yadav faced the snub again as the team management persisted with Harshit Rana.

"We would have bowled first as well. Happy to bat first. Never easy when it rains. Hopefully no stoppages today. We are going with the same team," Gill said at the coin toss.
