The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) have announced that veteran spinner Kuldeep Yadav has been released from India's T20I squad against Australia to feature for India A in the second unofficial Test against South Africa A, which will take place at the centre of excellence CoE in Bengaluru.
BCCI shared that the Indian team has requested the management to release Kuldeep Yadav from the ongoing T20I series to allow him to participate for India A against South Africa A.
"The Indian team management has requested to release Kuldeep Yadav from the ongoing T20I series in Australia to allow him to participate in the India A series against South Africa A at the BCCI Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru. The second four-day match starts on 6th November.
The decision has been taken to provide Kuldeep with red-ball game time in preparation for the upcoming IDFC First Bank two-match Test series against South Africa" said BCCI in a release.

The second unofficial Test between India A and South Africa is scheduled to start from November 06. Notably, wicketkeeper batter Rishabh Pant is leading India A in the unofficial Tests against South Africa A, where the hosts won the opener clash by three wickets.
Kuldeep Yadav's outings in T20Is against Australia
Kuldeep was featured in the first two T20Is of the five-match series, where he picked up two wickets in the second tie. The Uttar Pradesh-born star was benched in the third T20I, where India defeated Australia by five wickets.
