Ahead of the Australia series, Nayar revealed that Rohit's transformation was about silencing every doubt with discipline and sweat and to be healthier, faster and fitter.

Rohit has undergone a remarkable fitness transformation ahead of the ODI series against Australia. The batting great has lost a lot of weight by following a strict dietary overhaul, focusing on a balanced, nutrient-rich diet low in carbs and high in protein.
"There were a lot of talks about him, putting on weight and a few images coming out at the airport. So it was all about changing all of that and in a lot of ways to be healthier, faster and fitter," said Abhishek Nayar as quoted by Star Sports.

Rohit has travelled to Australia for the three-match ODI series against Australia, which is scheduled to start from October 19. Notably, Rohit, who captained India in the team's last ODI assignment during the Champions Trophy final, will feature in the upcoming series under Shubman Gill's captaincy.
