Rohit Sharma's last international outing came in ICC Champions Trophy 2025 final.

India batting great Rohit Sharma has had an emotional rollercoaster ride in the last couple of years, and his wife Ritika Sajdeh was the one who witnessed most of it. She was Rohit's biggest support after India's heartbreaking defeat against Australia in the ICC ODI World Cup 2023.

She was often seen with crossed fingers in the stands during Rohit's batting, and she was seen emotional alongside the India captain after the side won their first ICC trophy in 11 years by lifting the T20 World Cup a year later in the Caribbean islands. Then, earlier this year, Rohit also announced his Test retirement after he failed to perform against New Zealand and Australia in the longest format of the game.

However, Rohit has again started preparing for the upcoming challenge where he will be seen leading the side in the upcoming three-match ODI series against Australia. Ahead of the series, the 38-year-old batting great took to Instagram to share a clip where he can be seen sweating out in the nets. The video went viral on social media, and on the same post, his wife Ritika's response went viral.

"Goosebumps and..." she wrote with three teary-eyed emojis.

Rohit's last international outing came during the ICC Champions Trophy 2025, where unbeaten India defeated New Zealand in the final to win the title. Rohit was awarded Player of the Match for his 76 off 83 run knock. His last cricketing outing came in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 where he represented Mumbai Indians (MI), scored 418 runs in 15 matches.

Rohit will now be seen in the action during the three match ODI series against Australia which will take place from October 19.
