Australia take 2-1 lead after defeating India in fourth Test of BGT 2024-25

India's legendary off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin issued a clarification on his viral social media post for good leaders after the fans started speculating that the former India star is taking an indirect dig at Rohit Sharma for his captaincy in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25.

India captain Rohit faced a lot of criticism for his poor performance in the five-Test match series against Australia. After India's 184 run loss in the fourth Test match, Ashwin took his 'X' formerly known as Twitter to share a post saying, "Good leaders emerge when they show resolve for a scrap."

Soon after Ashwin's post fans started speculating that the post is for India captain Rohit for his poor outing in the ongoing series. However, the former India cricketer clarified his earlier tweet and shrugged off making any remarks against Rohit Sharma. Rather, he stated that his remarks were for Yashasvi Jaiswal.
