CSK set to face MI in IPL 2024.

Star Indian batter Cheteshwar Pujara sent the whole social media into a frenzy after his cryptic post from his official ‘X’ account formerly known as Twitter went viral. Ahead of the big clash between Ruturaj Gaikwad-led Chennai Super Kings and Hardik Pandya's Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede Stadium, on April 14, fans are speculating that Pujara might be joining CSK again after three years.

Pujara's cryptic tweet

“#SupperKings looking forward to join you guys this season!” Pujara tweeted.

However, one thing that fans are not noticing is that Pujara wrote 'Supper Kings' instead of ‘Super Kings’. This is probably an advertisement act from the veteran batter.

Pujara did not have a prolific career in the Indian Premier League. He started his career with Kolkata Knight Riders and was also a part of the Royal Challengers Bengaluru and Punjab Kings franchises. Chennai Super Kings roped in the batter back in 2021 but he did not play any match. He has scored 390 runs in 30 matches with only one fifty.

CSK to face MI

Mumbai Indians will be hosting Chennai Super Kings at the Wankhede Stadium. The match is more special as this will be the only clash between the two sides in the ongoing edition of the Indian Premier League. CSK is currently at the number 3 spot and MI in 7. The hosts are on a two-match win street and would like to add another one banking on the momentum. CSK is also coming off a win but it came after two losses and at their home in Chepauka and now they will have the task of gaining momentum.
