Mumbai Indians hold the record for the biggest victory in terms of runs in IPL history. They defeated Delhi Daredevils by 146 runs on 6 May 2017.

Rajasthan Royals hold the record for achieving the highest target in the IPL. On 27 September 2020, Punjab Kings set a target of 224 runs, which Rajasthan achieved by scoring 226 runs for the loss of 6 wickets.
