Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) have appointed Ishan Kishan as their stand-in captain for the upcoming edition of the tournament in absence of regular skipper Pat Cummins.Β Β Apart from Ishan, destructive batter Abhishek Sharma will be his deputy for the cash-rich league.
Notably, Pat Cummins will miss a few matches of the tournament as he is currently recovering from a lumbar stress back injury. SRH took their 'X' to announce that Australia's star will miss a few matches of the showpiece event.Β
