Delhi Capitals (DC) wicketkeeper batter Abhishek Porel shared a heartfelt message for star India batter Virat Kohli by posting a picture with the batting great after the match against Royal Challengers Bengaluru at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.
DC played their last clash against RCB, where the Axar Patel-led side defeated the Bengaluru-based franchise by six wickets. Abhishek managed to score a run-a-ball 7 before being dismissed by Bhuvneshwar Kumar.
Abhishek who bats at number three, has managed to score 74 runs in four matches of IPL 2025 at an average of 24.66 and a strike rate of 157.44.

After DC's win against KKR, Abhishek met Kohli and clicked a picture with the legendary India batter.

Delhi Capitals are currently unbeaten in the 18th edition of the cash-rich league. The franchise defeated Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and RCB in their first four outings of the IPL 2025.
DC are currently on second in the points table with eight points behind Shubman Gill-led Gujarat Titans. DC will now face Mumbai Indians for their fifth clash of the tournament, which will take place on April 13 at Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi.
