After Delhi Capitals’ stellar win over the Royal Challengers Bengaluru, it is KL Rahul who broke into the top 10 amongst the highest run-scorers for the season after his phenomenal unbeaten knock of 93 at his home ground at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Friday.
After Axar Patel-led Delhi Capitals' (DC) dominating win against Royal Challengers Bengaluru, wicketkeeper batter KL Rahul broke into the top 10 amongst the highest run-scorers in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 after his 93 run unbeaten match winning knock for DC at is home ground at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.
Rahul, who missed the DC's tournament opener clash against Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), has jumped up to join the likes of Rajat Patidar and Virat Kohli, who had brief cameos against DC in the first innings. Rahul is currently on eighth in the Orange Cap list, just behind Kohli and Patidar, who have 186 runs each in the season.

However, Lucknow Super Giants' (LSG) star Nicholas Pooran tops the tally, scoring 288 runs in five IPL outings. Gujarat Titans (GT) batter Sai Sudharsan also played a brilliant knock in his last outing to seal the second spot in the list.

Sai Sudharsan notched up his highest score of the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL) edition during the Gujarat Titans’ match against the Rajasthan Royals on Wednesday at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad to climb up the Orange Cap standings.
Sudharsan scored a 53-ball 82 to move up to second. He replaced LSG teammate Mitchell Marsh and also leapfrogged Mumbai Indians’ Suryakumar Yadav.
