The historic feat was completed after Virat Kohli smashed his ninth IPL century for Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in Raipur. Kohli’s ton ensured that all 10 IPL teams officially joined the centurion list during the 2026 campaign.

Every IPL team registers a centurion in 2026

Chennai Super Kings (CSK) witnessed Sanju Samson produce two centuries this season, including an unbeaten 115 against Delhi and another ton against Mumbai Indians.

Mumbai Indians (MI) produced three centurions in Quinton de Kock, Tilak Varma, and Ryan Rickelton despite enduring an inconsistent campaign. Rickelton also recorded the fastest IPL century for MI history with a 44-ball hundred.

For RCB, Kohli once again led from the front with a match-winning 105 against KKR, while Kolkata Knight Riders saw Finn Allen hammer an unbeaten century against Delhi Capitals (DC).

Lucknow Super Giants opener Mitchell Marsh registered the franchise’s fastest century, whereas Punjab Kings youngster Cooper Connolly created history as the youngest overseas player to score an IPL hundred.

Young stars and veterans dominate IPL 2026

Teenage sensation Vaibhav Sooryavanshi lit up the season for Rajasthan Royals (RR) with a stunning 37-ball century against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH).

Delhi Capitals star KL Rahul registered the highest score of the season with an unbeaten 152 against Punjab Kings, while Sai Sudharsan and Abhishek Sharma also delivered memorable centuries for Gujarat Titans (GT) and Sunrisers Hyderabad respectively.

With multiple batting records already shattered, IPL 2026 is rapidly becoming one of the most explosive seasons the tournament has ever witnessed.
