In the same video, MS Dhoni can be seen having a chat with former JSCA honorary secretary Saurabh Tiwary while gearing up for the nets. Here is the clip.

Notably, MS Dhoni has retired from all forms of international cricket, and the legendary wicketkeeper-batter also left captaincy for the Chennai Super Kings before the IPL 2024 but he was reappointed as stand in captain during the last edition of the tournament after the regular skipper Ruturaj Gaikwad suffered an injury before being ruled out from the competition. CSK had a forgettable season and finished at the bottom of the team standings, and thus not qualifying for the playoffs for a second successive year.

However, Prashant Veer recently suffered an injury during the Ranji Trophy clash but there are chances that the Uttar Pradesh all-rounder will be fit before the upcoming edition of the tournament.
