Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) star Virat Kohli was involved in a hilarious on-field moment with Punjab Kings (PBKS) spinner Harpreet Brar during the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 clash at the HPCA Stadium in Dharamsala.
Kohli, who entered the game after smashing a century against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR), once again looked in sublime touch during his innings against PBKS. Along with his fluent batting, the veteran batter also brought his trademark aggression and energy to the middle.

Virat Kohli hilariously trolls Harpreet Brar during RCB vs PBKS clash
The incident took place on the fifth ball of the ninth over when Azmatullah Omarzai bowled a back-of-a-length delivery which Kohli pushed towards point.
Sensing a quick single, Kohli immediately stepped out of his crease. However, non-striker Devdutt Padikkal quickly denied the run after spotting Harpreet Brar charging towards the ball.
By then, Virat Kohli had already walked a long way down the pitch and found himself stranded momentarily. Instead of rushing back, the former RCB skipper cheekily paused and stared at Brar, almost daring him to attempt a direct hit at the stumps.
However, Brar decided against going for the throw, likely aware that a miss could have resulted in costly overthrows in a high-pressure game.
