India's Test series loss to New Zealand

In the Pune Test, India suffered a 113-run defeat to New Zealand. With this victory, the Kiwi team has clinched the series. It marks the first time New Zealand has won a Test series in India, while this is also India's first home Test series loss. New Zealand set a target of 359 runs for India in the Pune Test, but Rohit Sharma's brigade managed to post 245 runs in response. For New Zealand, Mitchell Santner took a total of 13 wickets, with seven in the first innings and six in the second.
