Prabhsimran Singh's 122 off 62 helped Trident Stallions to register a three-wicket win against the Agri Kings Knights in the ongoing Sher-e-Punjab T20 Cup on June 18, Tuesday at Punjab Cricket Association Stadium in Punjab.
After opting to bat Agri Kings Knights captain Abhishek Sharma dominated the bowlers by smashing 85 runs in 47 balls including eight fours and four sixes. Apart from the skipper Madhav Pathania scored 21 runs in 13 balls with a four and a six.
While chasing the target, Trident Stallions opener and Punjab Kings player in IPL 2024 Prabhsimran Singh tore apart the bowlers. At one point, the Stallions team had lost four wickets for 59 runs, but a 65-run partnership between Prabhsimran and Ramandeep changed the game in favour of Stallions. Ramandeep who was looking set got departed after scoring 29 runs in 23 balls but Prabhsimran single-handedly won the match by scoring 122 runs in 62 balls with 7 fours and 11 sixes which helped Stallions to chase the target of 188 runs in 19 overs.

Then Ramandeep got out after scoring 29 runs in 23 balls, but Prabhsimran single-handedly led the team to victory by scoring 122 runs in 62 balls with seven fours and 11 sixes.
Royal Phantoms' explosive win
In the first match of the day, Royal Phantoms registered a thrilling 8-run win against BLV Blasters. BLV Blasters lost to Royal Phantoms while chasing a target of 210 runs. Batting first in the match, Royal Phantoms played aggressively and scored a challenging score of 209/5 in 20 overs, in which middle-order batsman Vaibhav Kalra played a brilliant innings of 72 runs in 34 balls. In response, Blasters opener Harnoor Singh played an innings of 87 runs in 47 balls with six fours and five sixes but could not bring victory. Sohrab Dhaliwal and Anmolpreet Singh took 2-2 wickets.
