India skipper Ayush Mhatre has won the toss and opted to field first in the Under-19 Asia Cup 2025 final against Pakistan at the ICC Academy Ground in Dubai. Mhatre did not make any changes to the side. 

Pakistan one made one change by bringing back left-arm spinner Niqab Sharif. In the previous clash against India, he had taken wickets of Vihaan Malhotra and Vedant Trivedi. 

Mhatre opted to bowl first in the final despite no forecast of rain throughout the day. So far, there have been a few games that have been affected by rain.

What happened in IND vs PAK Under-19 Asia Cup group stage game?

In their previous clash at the group stage, India beat Pakistan by 90 runs. Aaron George's 85 helped India post 240 on the board. Mohammad Sayyam and Abdul Subham claimed three-fers, bowling out India in 46.1 overs.

In the run chase, Pakistan suffered a collapse. Deepesh Devndran wreaked havoc with the new ball. Huzaifa Ahsan scored 70 but did not find much support on the other end. Kanishk Chouhan took three wickets as well. Pakistan were bowled out for 150 in 41.2 overs.
