On Saturday, Martin performed one of his most renowned songs, "A Sky Full of Stars," on stage while the audience members joined in, making for an amazing spectacle. Martin abruptly stepped to the microphone during the song to inform the audience that they would have to halt the performance soon because Bumrah wanted to join him backstage to play cricket. The Coldplay lead singer jokingly mentioned that the Indian pacer wanted to bowl him.

"Hold on, we have to finish the show because Jasprit Bumrah wants to come and play backstage," said Martin.
"He (Bumrah) says he needs to bowl at me now."
When Bumrah was mentioned, the audience became excited because they thought the Indian pacer might make an unexpected on-stage debut during the performance. But in the end, that did not occur.
