Indian skipper Rohit Sharma missed the first ODI of the three-ODI series at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai on March 17 due to personal commitments. When the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced the ODI squad, it was not mentioned that Sharma will miss the first ODI to attend his brother-in-law's wedding. It mentioned that he will be available for the remaining two ODIs. Since March 17 morning, a video of Rohit dancing with his wife Ritika Sajdeh has been going viral on social media.

In the video, Rohit can be seen dancing on the popular Bollywood song ‘Sauda Khara Khara’. Till now, Sharma has not been seen performing on stage. Seeing Rohit’s never-seen-before dance moves, his fans were in awe.

"Hitman showing his best moves," a Twitter user wrote.

"His footwork here too was assured and graceful. Leg side was dominant though. Hands were close to the body, which is also good. Notice his head, it's still. Masterclass in sangeeth dancing," another Twitter user compared his dancing to his batting style.

Rohit recently led India to a 2-1 victory in the four-Test Border Gavaskar Trophy. In his absence, Hardik Pandya donned the captaincy hat in the first ODI against Steve Smith-led side. Pandya became the 27th ODI captain for India.

Ishan Kishan opened the innings alongside in-form Shubman Gill but failed to make a mark. Kishan was trapped in front of the stumps by Marcus Stoinis. He managed to score just three runs from eight deliveries in the run chase of 189.

“At different times we have come up with answers. We knew how important it was to start the series well. The Delhi Test, I am very proud of. We were behind in the game. At Indore, we were put under pressure and lost the game. Different players put their hands up. Lot of guys took up the responsibility and bailed us out,” Rohit had said at Ahmedabad after India won the series.

“Test Cricket is hard fought cricket and isn't easy. I am quite satisfied. I know what kind of benchmark I have set for myself. I keep the personal milestones aside. We have got the result from what I wanted from the series. To get the result makes us very happy.”
