One of India's most celebrated cricketing legends, Yuvraj Singh, has embraced a new inning of fatherhood. The World Cup winner and former all-rounder took to social media to announce the birth of his daughter, Aura, with wife Hazel Keech. Expressing his joy, Yuvraj shared how sleepless nights have now become a delightful experience.

"Sleepless nights have become a lot more joyful as we welcome our little princess Aura and complete our family," Yuvraj wrote on X (formerly known as Twitter) and shared a beautiful picture of his family.

The star cricketer and his actress wife, Hazel, tied the knot in 2016 and welcomed their first child, a son named Orion, last year. The family's new addition has undoubtedly added more happiness to their lives.

Yuvraj, known for his impeccable on-field skills, has been a significant pillar in Indian cricket. With a total of 402 international appearances, Yuvraj's stats mirror his prowess. His Test journey saw him score 1900 runs in 40 matches, maintaining an average of 33.92. But it was in the One Day Internationals (ODIs) where he dazzled the brightest. Over 304 matches, he amassed 8701 runs with an enviable average of 36.55. His cricketing journey includes 14 stellar centuries and 52 impressive half-centuries.

The shorter T20 format saw Yuvraj flourish as well. He contributed 1177 runs in 58 T20Is, boasting an average of 28.02. His journey in the Indian Premier League (IPL) further enhanced his reputation. Over a 12-year span, representing multiple teams, he scored 2750 runs, including 13 half-centuries.

However, it isn't just the numbers that elevate Yuvraj to iconic status. His undeniable impact in India's victories in the ICC T20 World Cup 2007 and ICC World Cup 2011 underscores his invaluable role. His historic six consecutive sixes against England remains etched in cricketing folklore. Yuvraj's stellar performance in the 2011 World Cup also earned him the 'Player of the series' accolade.

But it's not just his achievements that have won hearts. Yuvraj's brave battle against cancer and his awe-inspiring comeback to cricket became a tale of hope and resilience.

Though he bid adieu to international cricket in June 2019, Yuvraj Singh's legacy continues to inspire budding cricketers and fans alike.
