Real Madrid are actively searching for Dani Cavajal's replacement as the latter is now aged 34. Reportedly, the Los Blancos have considered Achraf Hakimi's return, who now plays for Paris Saint-Germain.
Achraf Hakimi to leave Paris Saint-Germain?
Hakimi, who is a product of Real Madrid's youth academy, is being linked with a grand comeback to his former side. Although Los Blancos have already signed Trent Alexander-Arnold last summer, the Spanish giants are still looking for a replacement for Dani Carvajal.
Amid all of these rumors, Achraf Hakimi's agent, Alejandro Camono swiftly declined any links to Real Madrid, saying that his client feels very settled at Paris Saint-Germain, and wants to lift more UEFA Champions League titles with the Paris based club.
"Achraf is very happy at PSG. He feels very good there and wants to win the Champions League for the second time, as well as lead the team as far as possible," Alejandro Camono.
Alejandro Camono further said that Hakimi has three years left on his contract with the Parisian club, and he respects everything about it. Hakimi is very happy with the coach and his teammates and most importantly he feels good in the country.
"We still have three years left on our contract with the Parisian club, and for the moment, he is only thinking about Paris Saint-Germain. He is very happy with his coach, his teammates, and he feels good in the country. For now, there is no question of him leaving," added Comano.
Achraf Hakimi's impact at Paris Saint-Germain
Achraf Hakimi arrived at Paris Saint-Germain from Inter Milan in July 2021, for a transfer fee of €68 million. With time, Hakimi established himself as one of the key players in the club with his impressive performances. In the season of 2024-25, Hakimi became one of the pivotal figures to win the UEFA Champions League and historic treble.
