Morgan Rogers keen on summer move as top clubs circle for his signature.

Aston Villa likely to demand £80 million despite interest from Arsenal and Liverpool.

Amid being heavily linked with Manchester United and Chelsea, Aston Villa's star midfielder, Morgan Rogers, has cleared his stance on the exit rumours.

Morgan Rogers wants to leave Aston Villa?

According to a recent report by The Sun, Morgan Rogers is interested in a transfer move away from Aston Villa this summer, as he wants to join a club that can compete for more titles.

Currently, four top Premier League clubs are interested in the signing of the star Aston Villa, which consists of the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool.

Strong interest from Manchester United and Chelsea

Currently, there are rumours regarding the future of Cole Palmer at Chelsea and Bruno Fernandes at Manchester United. If either of them makes an away move then, Rogers could enter in the line-up at the aforementioned clubs.

The only problem with the signing of Rogers could arise is his price tag, as he penned a new six-year contract extension with Aston Villa last year, so the Villans would not settle at anything less than £80 million.

Morgan Rogers' impressive numbers at Aston Villa

In February 2024, Morgan Rogers arrived at Aston Villa from Middlesbrough, on a five-and-a-half-year contract at a transfer fee of £8 million. Gradually, Rogers became one of the key players at the English club.

In 114 outings across all competitions, Rogers managed to register 27 goals and 24 assists, his impressive numbers attracted top Premier League clubs to sign him.
